Wongamat — the calm north beach

Wongamat is the north-Pattaya beach corridor running between Naklua and the central strip — quieter, more residential, more hotel-anchored, with a slow drift of Korean-resident dining over the last five years. The Pullman G complex anchors the southern end; the long-term beachfront condos and hotels anchor the rest.

Two of the guide's ranked restaurants sit on Wongamat: Infiniti at Pullman G (signature international restaurant with serious live cooking and Wongamat sea views, Sunday Champagne brunch), and the cluster of Korean spots along the Wongamat-Naklua corridor that the guide has been tracking since 2022 — what was three Korean restaurants then is closer to fifteen now.

Reach Wongamat from central Pattaya in 8–12 minutes by car. The beachfront is walkable, but the dining is spread thinly along the hotel access roads — most arrivals are by Grab or in-hotel.
