The Insider's Table is the guide's monthly Sunday-evening dinner series, hosted at one of the 51 restaurants on the ranking. Off-menu courses, the chef in the room, the editors at the table.
How it works
- One Sunday a month, one restaurant from the list.
- 10 seats. Editors take 2. Members take 8.
- Off-menu courses you can't order any other night.
- The chef joins the table at the end. You ask what you want.
- The bill is split among the table — no editorial subsidy, no chef comp.

People who'd rather eat at the next great Pattaya kitchen six months before everyone else figures it out. Not a perks programme. Not a discount card. Just a seat at a small dinner with a serious chef.
