How the calculation works
Use the charges on the actual bill.
Enter the food and drink subtotal before service charge and VAT, then copy the percentages printed by the restaurant. The calculator adds service to the subtotal, calculates VAT on that combined amount and divides the final total equally by the number of people.
Rates and invoice layouts vary. This tool does not decide which charges should apply; it only calculates the numbers you enter. Compare the result with the venue bill before paying.
Copy, do not assume
Leave a rate at zero when that charge is not printed on the bill.
Check the rounding
Results show two decimal places. Cash payments or individual items may require a small final adjustment.
Your numbers stay on this device
The calculator runs locally in the page. The subtotal, percentages and group size are not submitted to Pattaya Restaurant Guide. Refreshing or leaving the page clears the entered calculation unless your browser restores form values itself.
Equal split only
The result divides one final total evenly. It does not allocate individual dishes, deposits, discounts, tips, dietary substitutions or separate payment methods. For an itemised split, use the restaurant invoice as the source of truth and agree the allocation within the group.
