Marriott lists Torien from 17:00–23:00 on Monday and Tuesday and 17:00–midnight from Wednesday through Sunday. Check the day-specific schedule, because the closing time changes midweek.

Restaurant service runs daily from 17:00–23:00. Rooftop-bar service runs Wednesday through Sunday from 17:00–midnight, so service after 23:00 is the bar rather than the full restaurant menu.

Menu and pricing

Torien highlights Wagyu Katsu Sando with wagyu beef, caviar and house katsu sauce, plus sashimi and charcoal-grilled specialities made with seasonal ingredients. The current outlet page does not publish a complete price range; check the live menu for current prices.
