Current service notes

Chamu is listed open 12:00–21:00, with closures every Thursday, Friday and the last Saturday of each month. Check the calendar date as well as the weekday before visiting.

Chamu’s outlet page repeats the 12:00–21:00 service window and the Thursday, Friday and last-Saturday closures. Because schedules can change, confirm current hours before visiting.

Chamu closes on the last Saturday of each month, even though it is open on other Saturdays. A generic Saturday status may therefore be wrong; check the Pattaya calendar date before visiting.

Menu and pricing

Chamu lists California Maki, grilled salmon with teriyaki sauce and grilled beef sirloin with teriyaki sauce as signature dishes. The current outlet page does not show prices for them, so no reliable price band is available from that source.

Reservation process

Chamu provides a Book a Table action, +66 38 250 421 extension 2037 and [email protected]. These are enquiry routes; a reservation is confirmed only after the restaurant responds.

Venue format

Royal Cliff describes Chamu as a cosy Japanese dining room focused on sushi, sashimi and seasonal Japanese dishes prepared by Japanese chefs. It lists 30 indoor seats, but that does not indicate availability on a particular date; book directly.

The current facilities page identifies Chamu as the Japanese restaurant in the Royal Cliff Grand Hotel section, distinct from the property's other restaurants and bars. The schedule repeats the same closure pattern shown on the outlet page, including the last-Saturday exception.
